Full-Time, Permanent Position | Starting Wage: $21.00/hour

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 11:30 AM – 8:00 PM

Anotek Anodizing Inc. is a growing aerospace metal finishing company located in Pitt Meadows, BC. We specialize in high-quality surface finishing for precision metal components, including parts used in the aerospace industry.

We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented, and hardworking individual to join our production team as an Anodizing Racker.

• Carefully handling delicate, precision-machined and finished metal parts.
• Preparing and cleaning parts for processing.
• Positioning and securing parts on metal racks for anodizing and other finishing operations.
• Removing processed parts from racks while preventing scratches or damage.
• Accurately counting parts and maintaining clear production records.
• Keeping work areas clean, safe, and organized.
• Assisting with other production and general shop duties as required.

The ideal candidate enjoys hands-on work, can maintain a productive pace without sacrificing quality, and takes pride in doing things correctly.

Essential Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Good hand and finger strength, dexterity, and coordination.
• Ability to handle delicate parts carefully and consistently.
• Strong organizational skills and a methodical approach to work.
• Ability to count accurately and maintain basic written records.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (23 kg).
• Good English reading, speaking, and comprehension skills.
• A positive attitude, reliability, and a willingness to work as part of a team.
• Must be legally entitled to live and work in Canada.

Additional Assets:

• Previous experience in anodizing, powder coating, metal finishing, or manufacturing.
• Experience operating a forklift or pallet jack.
• A valid Canadian passport and a clean BC Class 5 driver's licence.
• Willingness to make occasional deliveries or pickups, including cross-border trips to the United States when required.

• Starting wage of $21.00 per hour.
